  • Question & Answers

    Q:

Are these bright enough to be used above a kitchen island?

    A:

It is very bright and you could replace 75W-100W incandescent bulbs with 8W LEDs.

    Q:

Can the 5000k be used as grow lights?

    A:

We are so sorry that our led bulb can't be used as grow lights for houseplants, since it's not designed to be used like that.

    Q:

Light and incandencent lights damage oil paintings?

    A:

I wouldn't let them get to close to your paintings because they put out some heat.

    Q:

What is the height of the bulb?

    A:

The length of the bulb is 140mm, and the width is 64mm, so you could check the SIXTH picture to know more.

    Q:

Does the bulb "instant-on" or does it take 1-2 seconds to turn on because dim-able lights have a short lag?

    A:

It takes only a fraction of a second to turn full on, like maybe 1/3rd of a second.
