It is not warm enough to be dangerous or to burn anyone, they are a novelty and are fun.
If you buy these, you can turn it on and off at any time, just use it like a light bulb, because when power goes off, you can turn it on.
You can either take the bulb with the cap or without it, and there is a button on the cap that you can push to turn on the bulb.
I will be ordering more as soon as I finish writing this. I used them to work longer because the ad says they last 3 or 4 hours, but I didn't want to burn them out in the first day.
When I ordered a pack of four rechargeable 9 watt bulbs from JackonLux, I read about the different brands of lights, their characteristics, their prices, and the customer reviews, but the fourth bulb broke, and I didn't know what to do about it.
Question & Answers

You can't use our bulb with your solar system if it's powered by AC power less than 120V or if it's between 100-240V AC.
Is it possible to turn on the switch always so it would charge if I removed one bulb and put another in?
It takes about 8 hours to fully charge, you don't need to turn on switch all the time, when there is no power outage, the battery power does not give out, battery only work when there is power outage.
Is it possible for these light bulbs to be used in an enclosed fixture?
The lamps are longer and wider than other LEDs so unless your house has enough room, it won't fit.
Are those too think that the widest diameter the hooks can take is the same as the width of a shower curtain rod?
