The package states that thePhilips LED BR30 Indoor Reflector Dimmable 12-Pack 11W / 2700 is energy efficient, but I didn't like that it took a long time to warm up and turn on, and was a little yellow after turning on.
We have a lot of lights on dimmers that were previously incadescent and wasted a lot of electricity, so this was a good way to get them upgraded for less money.
I don't know if the internal electronic are as good as others because they are not as energy efficient, but they are 11W and I have seen others that are 9W for the same 65W equivalent.
The packaging states that they are CRI 90+, but the specifications on the website say they are more like that. I have installed about 1/3 of the box so far and all bulbs have worked perfectly.
I am happy with the bulbs I am using, they are bright even though they take 1/6th of the power, and they can be dimmed without flicker.

You can't have a digital assistant or app turn these on, but you can have a smart outlet or smart switch.

I have had these on a covered porch for 2 years and no problems. We have huge temperature swings, 90 in the summer and down to -40 in the winter.

If you use a better LEDs dimmer, these will dim below 20% and likely to 10%.
I don't know if others have this problem.
I use GE and Brilliant smart dimmers in the house, and my neighbors use Lurton dimmers.
Which place are they made at?
I am a satisfied customer and I should know they work well.
