    Will they work outside?

    A:

    You can reach out to us directly if you have any further questions, as the PAR38 Bulb is rated for outdoor use.

    Will these GE smart bulbs work with a Lutron lighting system?

    A:

    Our smart light bulbs can only be used with the Cync, Google Home, and Amazon apps at this time. If you use a different app, they will not pair but will act as normal light bulbs.

    Q:

    Do these dimmable light switches work with my dimmable switches? My other ones flickered when I placed all 4 smart bulbs in my high hats.

    A:

    I have dimmable switches that flicker but if you leave them on without adjusting the dimmer switch manually and using the app they don't flicker.

    Q:

    I tried logging off and on, but the packs wouldn't connect to the app.

    A:

    If you have been experiencing an issue with your bulbs, we would love to help, but make sure to turn the power on and off at the wall switch before you try to reset them.

    Is there a specific bulb guard for these?
