This krill-oil-nutritional-supplement is a great source of DHA and EPA for neurological based symptoms (such as ADHD) because it’s bound to phospholipids which means it can cross the brain blood barrier and is far more bio available so smaller doses are more effective. I also found that when a rx product was discontinued, I switched to this and it worked even better than the rx medical food.
