This humidifier doesn't leak and puts out a lot of mist.
On the humidifier, the knob can turn on and go to maximum, but it doesn't really stop the flow of the mist.
I can direct the mist and if I turn it too high, it makes a puddle over time. But, I have learned that no puddles happen when I adjust carefully so I am not pushing out more mist than my air can handle.

The humidifier is making an awful noise like the motor is going bad. It only stops when on low speed, as I mentioned before.
I have noticed that the humidifier emits a constant high pitch whining/humming noise that is almost imperceptible but once noticed, cannot be ignored.
