I am most successful with 385F/300 seconds (5 minutes) and pressing 2 mugs at once with the open ends facing each other is necessary for even pressure and heat distribution.
The temperature control of the heat press machine is not good. The heat gun shows 3 different temperatures at different points of the press, resulting in ghosting at the tops and bottoms of the tumblers. After 2-3 tumblers, the machine needs to be shut off and cooled down, or else it burns.
