The machine is not versatile enough to be used as a mug press for 11 or 15 ounce tumblers. The mugs won't fit in the tumbler press and if I push hard enough to get the mug in the press, then I am not able to adjust the pressure.

I occasionally get excellent prints, but the ruined ones are always very faded. I've wasted so many mugs that can't be sold, and the results are always a surprise.

The heat-press-machine is easy to set up and use, warms up quickly, and works perfectly. Creating cups is worth the cost of the press.
I have to hold the press partially closed and use a clock to time it while I stand there holding it closed so itâs tight but not closed completely to avoid crushing the tumbler.

I have used the heat-press-machine about a dozen times without any power issues or overheating. It provides nice even heating.
I have noticed that the heat-press-machine lacks proper overheat protection. The temperature across the heated portion can vary from 500º to 300º when set to 400º, resulting in faded prints.
