I found the Scosche Rhythm24 to be accurate in measuring my heart rate. In 18 out of the 20 runs, my Rhythm24 average heart rate was identical to that of the chest strap, while the maximum heart rate was with 4-5 bpm.
I found the HR detection method to be incredibly accurate and sensitive to changes in my heart rate.
