If you are patient and willing to practice on a few bottles that you don't care about, the product is easy to use.
There is some flex when rolling the glass bottle to cut it, which makes it difficult to track the line and easy to go off course. If you don't push hard on it, the flex stops but then it doesn't cut. It should be made easier if a large percentage of our customers are kids.
