I have not tested the camera beyond a 35 foot range during the nighttime yet, but it appears to work as advertised.
I can't count the points of a buck if it's 15 yards from the camera because the small picture is too blurry for me.

So far, the picture quality is good. I still need to test the camera in the field to see how it holds up.
The camera is at the top of my list for picture quality. It captures quick photos of birds and moving deer with very little blur and great night photos.
At 12mp level, I found the image quality to be sharp, but somewhat too sharp.
