I can use the pan for high heat cooking without worrying about toxic teflon chemicals absorbing into my food. It has a nice large capacity and is a healthy cooking option with easy non-stick clean up.
I compared the non-stick performance of the pan with teflon and found it to be as non-stick as teflon without any worries of poisonous gases or little bits of teflon flaking off into the food.
