Cleaning with the Gotham Steel Hammered Copper Collection is very easy. I appreciate that it is dishwasher safe, but I often prefer handwashing as it is so easy to wipe clean. A quick rinse and a gentle wipe with a sponge, and the cookware looks as good as new.
I find the skillet easy to clean and the stuck egg comes off without much effort.
