About KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper
Overall Feedback:
76% positive
88% appreciated its versatility
The food processor does a good job with soft herbs like parsley, mint, and basil, as well as other vegetables like onion, peppers, and garlic.
The food processor is useful for chopping salads and pureeing soups and baby foods.
88% praised its low noise level
The food processor is a good value for the money with solid construction and low noise.
88% liked its powerful motor, while 12% found it underpowered
I faced an issue with the motor of my food processor. I received a new part 2 weeks later but it did not engage properly with the bowl, so the chopper did not work.
89% liked how easy it is to use
The food processor has a great design and is easy to use. It chops perfectly and is easy to empty, clean, and store. The cord wrapping spot at the bottom is a great idea.
The blade is sharp, the lid is easy to open and close, and the chamber is large enough to process a large amount of things. Blending is good and it is easy to clean.
Sometimes I struggle with getting the lid locked in place, but overall it is easy to use and powerful. It takes up no space in the cabinet.
87% highlighted its easy cleaning, whereas 13% found it difficult to clean
I find the cleaning process of the food processor challenging, especially cleaning the inside part of the blade. A smaller hole would improve this aspect.
86% appreciated its large capacity, but 14% found it too small
The 3.5 cup capacity is perfect for my needs.
The food processor is too small with a container size of 3.5 cups, but it is recommended to put only 1.5 cups of stuff inside for a uniform job.
I have noticed that the blender attachment falls off the motor unit after about 3-5 lifts out of the bowl.
The blender attachment falls off the motor unit after about 3-5 lifts out of the bowl.
The drizzler on top is a thoughtful feature that allows me to pour liquids into the bowl without removing the lid.
