This food processor is a necessity in my kitchen for creating flavorful dishes from natural ingredients. It can be used to make a variety of dishes like garlic, olives, artichoke hearts, ginger, tomatoes, spinach, basil, clam sauce, hummus, and more.
I liked the option to spin the blade in two directions, utilizing both the sharp and dull edges of the blade.
The food processor is great for achieving a rough chop or an almost 'guacamole' consistency.
I have used the food processor to make salsa, chutneys, chopped veggies, chopped nuts, grind spinach, make ginger garlic paste, and even make dough for Indian flatbread. I have been satisfied with the outcome every time.

Cleaning the food processor is easy for me. I just need to rinse and brush it when using it with fruits.
I had to clean the food processor with bleach and multiple Q-tips. No matter how careful I am, moisture and food get into the spindle. It takes forever to dry inside the spindle, even if I use dry Q-tips to dry it after cleaning. After a month, the metal rod on the food processor onto which I set the blade, starts to rust.

When using the food processor for liquids, it has the same capacity as the smaller bowl model. However, if I go over 1.5 cups of liquid, it will ooze down the tube when the blade is removed, making a mess.
The machine's functional capacity is lower than its four-cup capacity and its blades make it difficult to grind food, with a maximum capacity of only 1 to 1 1/2 cups.
I found that the food processor has a 2-cup capacity instead of the advertised 4 cups as it can only be filled halfway.
