  • Question & Answers

    Q:

I have been wearing this product for an hour and my nose is burning. Why does it smell so bad?

    A:

The smell of my product was fine, it could have been how yours was made or where it was made.

    Q:

Is it possible that there is a one that covers the entire thumb?

    A:

I don't know, this is as shown.

    Q:

I have small hands with a short thumb, so I don't know if these will be large enough for me.

    A:

I bought the Futuro wrist brace which is a little smaller and might fit your hand.

    Q:

Will this fit a wrist that is 5.5"?

    A:

If my hands swell or are normal, just adjust the straps. I wear them at night to keep my hands straight.

    Q:

Did anyone have any instructions on how to put it on, how long to leave it on, how to wash it, or even if it was a box?

    A:

If you want to use the brace on one hand, you have to slide your thumb in the hole, pull the strap around the wrist, and then the bottom one.
