I usually squeeze and swirl the dropper in the bottle to get the product in the stopper, and it works perfectly every time.
I use the product like a little scooper to get the right amount because it is too thick for the dropper.
I dislike the dropper because it is cumbersome, not hygienic, wasteful, and prone to tipping. I have personally faced this problem while using the serum.
