I wanted to replace my traditional tank water heater with an electric tankless. After hours of research and comparing models and options, I settled on this unit in the 18KW size to fit my needs.
I need 80 amps of space in the breaker panel for the item.

The digital display is easy to calibrate and displays both the specified temperature and the actual water temperature.

I found the installation of the electric water heater to be easy. I upgraded the capacity on the sub-panel, which was a simple task. I also had to take out the old 30amp breaker, install a 40-amp dual pole breaker, upgrade the sub-panel to 100amps, and finally install the second 40-amp dual pole breaker in the sub-panel.
Installing it was easy since our home was already wired for a three breaker tankless water heater.
