I appreciate the design of the electric kettle, especially its ease of use and storage. It can heat water for two full mugs of tea, even though I only need enough for one. It boils in 3-4 minutes and automatically shuts off. If I leave the switch on, it will maintain the temperature by turning on and off. I also love that I can fold it up and store it on top of my tiny coffee pot.
The electric kettle is easy to pack in carryon luggage as it is designed to fold neatly.
I like the design of the electric kettle, especially the handle that swivels and tucks itself along the side of the pot for easy storage.
