  • Question & Answers

    Q:

Is it possible to use it inside the dryer to seal cracks?

    A:

It may work, but, the glue is not very strong so it will peel off after the clothes cycle over it a bunch of times. If it does not come into contact with anything, it will work better.

    Q:

Is it possible to use it to protect water pipes outdoors from the cold?

    A:

I can be applied and it can hold on to your pipes in the cold, but I don't think it will add much insulation to the pipe.

    Q:

Can this tape be used to fix a hole in a storage freezer?

    A:

If the insulation is gone, I would replace it with new insulation to make sure the freezer's insulation is as good as possible.

    Q:

Would it be ok if it was 450F degrees in the oven?

    A:

I didn't use it, but I read the description and it says it uses a special glue that can resist extreme temperatures indoors and out, as well as a bunch of other stuff.

    Q:

Will it come off cleanly if used to do insulation around an RV?

    A:

It came off cleanly when I used it.
