Even on highest volume, alerts are very low.
The hardware generates false alerts frequently and the software does not provide clear information about what is wrong.
I noticed that there are no notifications if there is an alarm unless you pay. This indicates that the alert accuracy is poor.
The alert accuracy is poor as there are no notifications for alarms without payment.
The alarm is not loud enough to alert anyone and it is more annoying than jarring.

I need to learn more about the battery life of the product.
At minimum monitoring, my camera's battery life is only 2-5 days.
My key fob died in less than 3 months and there is no way to replace batteries.
I put in a request on our site for a free replacement of the key fob after it ran out of batteries. We were advised to call their center.

I found that the system has almost no customization options and is limited to common needs.
I faced difficulty finding the $15/month no monitoring plan during setup. It forced me to sign up for their $25/month premium plan. I had to call customer service to get the $15 plan I wanted.
