The longer and softer Walmart pill is easy for me to swallow.
I have no problem swallowing the small pills and only need to take 2 daily to get the required amount of DHA.
I nearly choked on the pill due to its hard enteric coating and spherical shape, which increases the risk of lodging in the upper throat.
I have noticed that the supplements are larger and rounded in the middle, causing them to get stuck in my throat and choke.
