I appreciate the timer functionality of the dehydrator, which prevents the jerky from getting dried out if I forget to turn it off.
I had to fiddle with the controls to enter the time and temperature, which was not a one press button.
After 2 months outside the warranty period, my dehydrator stopped working almost as if it was on a timer.
