I criticize the design of the phone, specifically the fact that the bottom of the phone hangs off the base, making it easy to get knocked off all the time.
I am dissatisfied with the design of the cordless telephone. The phone base is flimsy and does not stay attached, and the wall mount spacing is wrong, making it impossible to securely hang the phone. I have faced these problems personally.
