My old phone had a feature where I could press the star key to add a 1 in front of the number of someone who called. Unfortunately, my new phone doesn't have that feature, so I can't just call someone back if the caller ID doesn't have the 1 when needed.
I love the new feature of blocking calls.
I can block numbers and announce the caller before answering on my phone.
The phone has a major problem with call management features. It can't play the recorded personal greeting to an incoming caller and can't record messages from the caller.

I had trouble with the batteries that came with my phone as they wouldn't stay charged. When I contacted Panasonic, they refused to send new batteries. However, I found that putting new batteries in them works perfectly and the phones stay charged all day without needing to be returned to the charger.
The batteries run out every day and a half.
