About Panasonic DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone
79% found the call management features helpful, but 21%  didn't
My old phone had a feature where I could press the star key to add a 1 in front of the number of someone who called. Unfortunately, my new phone doesn't have that feature, so I can't just call someone back if the caller ID doesn't have the 1 when needed.
I love the new feature of blocking calls.
I can block numbers and announce the caller before answering on my phone.
The phone has a major problem with call management features. It can't play the recorded personal greeting to an incoming caller and can't record messages from the caller.
72% appreciated the sound quality ; nevertheless, 28% encountered distortion
When I turned up the volume, I could barely hear the other person I was talking to. But when I put it on speaker phone, I could hear.
The sound quality of my cordless telephone is not up to the mark and callers complain that I sound muffled at times.
65% were satisfied with the battery life, although 35% found it drained quickly
Within a few months, the batteries lost their ability to hold charge.
I had trouble with the batteries that came with my phone as they wouldn't stay charged. When I contacted Panasonic, they refused to send new batteries. However, I found that putting new batteries in them works perfectly and the phones stay charged all day without needing to be returned to the charger.
The batteries run out every day and a half.
