I love how the LED screen lights up when a call comes in, so I can see who's calling on the ID.
I noticed that the new phone lacks a place to attach a belt or pocket clip, and the back is curved so it can't be placed on its side. The older phone had pocket clips that allowed it to be placed at an angle. This is negative feedback regarding the design of cordless telephones.
The compartment design for one of the batteries has a flaw with a hard plastic lip hanging down, which is preventing me from reinserting a new battery.

The cordless phone set is perfect for my 82-year-old mother-in-law. It does exactly what a cordless phone should do and very little more.
