I have been using the heavy duty dome for about 3 years now and it is still in good condition, indicating good durability and build quality of the oven.
The dome of the oven has many cracks, including a large vertical break that runs up the side and is only attached at the top. Additionally, there is a break in the plastic housing around the cord.

I found it difficult to cook pizza and bakery items in the oven. I tried cooking pizza without the kit and it burned the cheese while the crust was doughy and uncooked.
