I find the cleaning process of this convection oven frustrating. It is difficult to clean and becomes even more difficult with use. Grease and spatters do not come off the inside surface and build up over time. The interior surfaces are hard to see and reach, with many cracks and crevices that accumulate grease. The door and elements cannot be removed for cleaning, and the manufacturer has specific guidelines for cleaning the oven.
The design of the oven is terrible for cleaning. The heating elements are impossible to clean and food splatters stick to the interior, making them difficult to remove.
As renters, we get tired of maintenance coming in and out to make a quick fix only to do it the next year again. (Rephrased)

I have given a 2-star rating for cleaning and maintenance. Most of the pans do not fit in the dishwasher or are not easily removable, and they do not release grease and food well, especially the mesh basket tray for air frying. Additionally, there are two heat rods that cannot be removed and are hard to clean, which obstructs cleaning other parts of the oven.

I assumed the air fryer would last for many years and be of high quality, but it did not meet my expectations.
The heating elements are narrow metal channels with exposed heat elements inside, making it impossible to clean. The inside of the oven becomes dirty over time, no matter how hard I try to clean it.
I am dissatisfied with the durability and build quality of the oven, especially the difficult-to-clean interior walls. Despite regular cleaning and use of expensive oven cleaners, it looks like it has been in use since the 70s.

I found a toaster oven that I am satisfied with. It was designed thoughtfully and has feet that won't scratch the bench.
