The material used inside the oven is the biggest problem. Even after wiping immediately, it gets stuck and then the next time, more stuck to the side and top surfaces. I have tried to clean it many times but any substance that splatters like when I broil meats, will stick and not come out by the time I am done cooking.

I faced a problem while baking a loaf of sourdough bread in the oven. The loaf was rising all the way to the ceiling and the heating elements started touching the bread as it rose. I had to pull the rack out and put the pan on the very bottom to avoid burn marks on the loaf. This shows that the oven did not provide even cooking of convection-ovens.
