    I am so happy that I bought these pans, they work better than any other pan I have ever used, and unlike the last ceramic pans I bought, they stated that using oil and butter would reduce the nonstick properties over time.


    I like that this pan comes with a glass cover, it is non toxic, and I use it to warm up my main dish leftovers when I am not using it to fry.


    I haven't cooked a steak on it to see if it can be done like a cast iron, but it can be done in the oven up to 500 degrees, so it's a true winner.


    Our Green+Life is compatible with the Ozeri and our GreenPans are silent, so we cook on Silpats, you can feel them vibrating but its inaudible.


    I love the larger Green pan I bought last year, and the handle doesn't burn when placed over the gas flame, and it's easy to clean.

    Someone mentioned that the pans are not flat and that the oil pools around the edges.

    A:

    It's never been a problem for me as with these I use the oil for flavor more than for browning, as with a regular pan.

    Does the pan have a lid?

    A:

    I don't have use for a lid so I didn't bother with one.

    Q:

    odized aluminum is non magnetic, so how does it work on an induction stove?

    A:

    The principle of Lentz Law is that alternating current of the Induction Stove causes the aluminum to heat up.

    Q:

    When used on the stove, does the handle get hot?

    A:

    The pan does not get hot on the stovetop, but we have only used it a dozen times.

    Does it have a glass cover?

    A:

    I only use covers from my other pans.
