The battery life is excellent and lasts longer than needed.
I am impressed with the battery life of the speaker. I used it at max volume for at least 6 hours and then a further 4 hours on lower volume without flattening it.
I found that the speaker has a 16 hour battery life and it lived up to the claim.
The battery life lasts a long time and I haven't had to charge it often.

Ive been using this Bluetooth speaker with both modern and older devices, and it works great with both. It pairs easily with my iPhone and Android tablet, but it also connects to my older Bluetooth-enabled laptop without any issues.

I'm not a fan of smaller bluetooth speakers as they fail to deliver decent sound quality. However, the XB12 has managed to do just that. The sound quality is not booming, but has a good warm, smooth ambience about it which is helped by decent bass, smooth vocals and the high end sounds aren't tinny in any way. Thus, I recommend it as a more expensive choice of mini speaker, but in my opinion the extra expense is justified in both the quality of the speaker and the sound it delivers.
