The sound quality of this speaker is the best I have heard from any size portable Bluetooth speaker.
The speaker is terrific for background music in my office and kitchen.
I have experienced phenomenal sound quality with the Emberton II speaker for all music genres. It exceeded my $30 pair, which already beat-out all the other more expensive speakers, in the only way it could. Overall, I highly recommend this bluetooth-speaker for its exceptional sound quality.

I have noticed that the older Emberton I has better multi-point, allowing me to connect two different brand Bluetooth speakers simultaneously and quickly switch between them. Unfortunately, this feature is not present in the newer Emberton II.
After purchase, we noticed common complaints about connectivity issues.
