The battery life is great and having the cord & battery option is awesome.
The battery life is less than claimed by the manufacturer, but it's still good enough for me.
The battery life of 18 hours is impressive and I haven't killed it in one use yet.
I get a solid 20+ hours of playback with the bass turned all the way up and lights off.

I have a large building and need to adjust audio quality Highs, mids, and lows. I can do it through the app, but it is not compatible with Amazon tablet.
The speaker is not compatible with high res audio services like tidal and others. Even on Spotify, the audio feels muddy. JBL does not support anything but AAC, while the LDAC code from Sony is free and available on every android device now.

There is a noticeable difference in sound quality when I use the speaker on battery power versus when it is plugged in.
