About JBL Clip 4: Portable Speaker with Bluetooth
85% found the battery long-lasting, yet 15% reported unexpected drainage
The battery life is up to 10 hours. Cold weather affects its longevity, but it keeps its life span indoors.
The speaker's battery lasts about 8 hours on high volume. I use it from 7am to 5 or 6pm every day, but charge it during lunch to make it last longer.
I have not used the speaker for more than 3-4 hours at a time, so I cannot comment on the 10 hour claimed battery life.
I am frustrated with the speaker's battery life. It is very short and takes forever to charge.

93% found it easy to connect, however 7% encountered issues
The Bluetooth range of this speaker is good and it works fine with no skips from about 20 feet away.
The device has Bluetooth 5 with the best range I have noticed on any Bluetooth device. There is no lag when playing videos and devices are easy to connect.
I tested the Bluetooth distance from 2 rooms away with several walls blocking the connection (approximately 60 feet away) and there was no hesitation with the connection. The music played smoothly.
I took my 92-year-old grandmother out for walks in her wheelchair and let her choose the music to jam to. She got so excited.

87% appreciated the sound quality, but 13% were disappointed
The sound quality is excellent for its size with good bass, especially with the phone equalizer turned on. I am also impressed with the sheer frequency response quality.
From my perspective, the sound quality is bass heavy but fine.
For music, the sound quality is just okay and for podcasts, the bass is too high which washes out men's voices, making it hard to listen to.
