About OMRON Gold Blood Pressure Monitor, Portable Wireless Wrist Monitor, Stores Up To 200 Readings for Two Users (100 readings each)
74% praised for its accurate readings, but 26% questioned the reliability
I have found the blood pressure monitor to be accurate as it matched the numbers of my other unit.
This is the most accurate wrist cuff I have ever used.
When used correctly, the blood pressure monitor is very accurate and matches the readings I get at my doctor's office.
I suggest that Omron improve the accuracy of their blood pressure monitor by developing further study and instruction videos for users who get inaccurate numbers.

78% highlighted the accuracy, yet 22% found it inconsistent
The accuracy is good with +/- 7 per reading.
I suggest that we improve the accuracy of the device and provide instruction videos for users who are consistently getting inaccurate readings.
When compared to the upper arm unit, the Omron monitor gave me readings all over the place.
71% appreciated the long battery life, but 29% experienced frequent drain
The batteries of this model last a long time and there is no need for a cable.
The product stopped functioning.
69% liked the comfortable cuff design, but 31% found it too tight
I found this blood pressure monitor after researching because not everyone finds the arm cuff comfortable or convenient.
The wrist cuff is much more comfortable to use than the arm type.
I initially thought the monitor was broken because of its quiet and gentle squeezing of my wrist.

71% liked the compatibility with multiple devices
I faced difficulty syncing the device with my iPhone and contacted OMRON. They walked me through the settings and it synced, but didn't show in the Bluetooth list.
The blood pressure monitor matches the numbers of my other unit, so it is accurate.
The blood pressure monitor syncs with the Omron app on my S22 ultra without any issue.
74% liked the cuff size and fit
I usually have issues with blood pressure monitors due to my large arms, but this one was easier to use.
I find the wrist cuff more comfortable to use than the arm type. The surgeon's office used a wrist cuff for a family member who recently underwent surgery.
The large cuff fits my large-boned wrist perfectly.
76% found the data tracking feature helpful, but 24% had trouble syncing with their device
I can transmit my BP numbers to my phone or computer using the blood pressure monitor's Bluetooth. The monitor also has a convenient app to track and send the numbers to my doctor.
There is a free app provided by the company that syncs the data and makes it easy to track blood pressure trends.
I validated the readings against medical grade equipment and they were within 3 points or less.
The blood pressure monitor is quiet, fast and provides a lot of data that can be stored.

68% praised the clear and large display, but 32% found it difficult to read in bright light
The large display digits are easy to read.
The blood pressure monitor is difficult to use as the screen is not visible unless viewed from a perfect angle and it is silent, making it hard to know when the measurement is complete.
I am disappointed with the blood pressure monitor's display. The screen is hard to read and would be better with different lighting.
It can be difficult to read the dark screen in any lighting other than a spotlight, which is a problem for people with wonky BP.
72% appreciated its durability, but 28% experienced premature wear
I have taken lots of readings and the batteries are still fine, indicating that the product is durable.
The LCD is difficult to read as it lacks a backlight and can only be viewed from a small arc of angles. Indicators are only visible when held directly in front of your face or under bright light, with occasional blue light for positioning.
I feel that the old blood pressure cuff is unreliable.
I took good care of the first monitor, but it shorted out and died after 2 years.
81% found it easy to operate
The blood pressure monitor is easy to use, but it requires some practice and effort to use correctly.
I wish the device was easy to use with a back light for night reading.
I found the monitor to be convenient and easy to use.
The blood pressure monitor is easy to use and almost intuitive. I have not faced any connectivity issues.

68% appreciated the additional features, although 32% found them unnecessary
I advise against buying this cuff if you have difficulty with your vision. I was looking for a backlit Omron wrist cuff that I could read without a flashlight, but they don't make one that I can see.
My historically low heart rate always gives me an E5 code on the monitor, making it almost useless without giving me the blood pressure reading.
The LCD is difficult to read with limited viewing angles and no backlight. Indicators are also hard to see except for occasional blue light for positioning.
87% liked its compact size
I keep one of the blood pressure monitors on my desk and take the other one with me on trips.
The unit is perfect for travel as it is small in size and comes in a storage box.
The wireless monitor is portable with a hard case and easy to use, keeping a great log of previous pressures and heart rate.
86% appreciated the power source
I was dissatisfied with a cheap brand of wrist blood pressure monitor that had a USB cable to charge the internal battery and searched for one that was powered by replaceable batteries.
I appreciate that the device uses disposable alkaline AAA batteries.
