During my 550 mile road trip from SC to South Florida at 85 MPH some of the way, the rack was very stable and did not shake.
The stabilization feature is awesome. The top bar needs to be tight as I had one trip where it worked its way up after driving on a bumpy road. There's a safety strap provided to assure that if the top bar moves, the bike will still be secure.

Loading and unloading bikes on the rack is easy and secure.
The rack provides further security with straps and Velcro fasteners to hold each wheel in place and a long strap to fasten the bikes to the upright.
I was unable to utilize the rack for its intended purpose as the anti-theft mechanism was stubbornly refusing to disengage.

I needed a bike rack that was easy to use on my truck or camper. It was very easy to use on my truck with the hitch, and although I had to make adjustments for the camper since it didn't have a hitch, it was still easy enough for my husband to do.
