The adjustable resistance is nice.
These bands have an advantage over weights and machines as I can adjust the tension just by standing a little closer or farther away. This is especially helpful if I feel fatigued halfway through a set, as I can stand a little closer to ease the tension and make it feel less heavy.
The adjustability of bands is good. It's easy to switch from one exercise to another and adjust the resistance as needed.
I can adjust the resistance of the band and work out with a light resistance if I feel lazy or stack on some heavier resistance if I feel energetic.

The handles are really comfortable and easy to grip. It's extremely helpful as I usually have to stop the exercises because the skin on my palms start to hurt.
The resistance bands have nice, sturdy, ergonomic grips that feel great in my hands and don't cause pinches or restrict movement.
The handles are fairly thick and may not be comfortable for a woman's hands.
The handle comfort is also an issue for me and it is not suitable for the particular sets I am doing.

These bands can provide resistance for people of all fitness levels, whether used separately or combined.
Determining the resistance level is difficult as it varies based on the width of my feet and the distance from the anchors. However, I find it trivial as the only thing that matters is getting a good workout and the rough estimates are good enough.
I have noticed a significant change in the resistance properties of some of the bands and have discussed possible reasons for this decrease.

The handle material of the new design is comfortable and appears very durable.
The fabric used on the bands, handles, door anchors, ankle straps, etc. is thick and rugged with high-quality sewing.

The band set is very versatile and the larger poster is helpful for people with minimal experience.
I didn't consider the versatility of using bands, but now I understand that I can adjust the resistance of each band by standing farther away or closer to the tether point. They can also be doubled up, tripled up, etc.
The hook and handle system is easy to use and provides great versatility in using the bands.
I was impressed with the quality of the product and the versatility of exercises that can be done with it. I will keep it as part of my weekly workouts. The product is experience-rich and I highly recommend it for its versatile bands.
