  • Question & Answers

    Q:

Is it made in the USA?

    A:

It says "Made in the P.R.C." on the bottom of the box, and I don't think it's checked in the USA.

    Q:

Your gauge looks the same as the jaco gauge, even down to the packaging. Where is it made?

    A:

All of our products are designed, engineered and lab tested here in the USA, however, due to the extremely high cost of manufacturing locally, we source raw materials and manufacture overseas in order to keep the cost of manufacturing low.

    Q:

Is this gauge a geared movement with bronze Bourdon tube or is it a piston-plunger type gauge?

    A:

This gauge is a piston style, and it will be guaranteed accurate to +1%.

    Q:

I have a problem with a loss of pressure, but there is no response from the seller.

    A:

They did not respond after buying the gauge, but they did send me a few e-mails to thank me for my purchase.

    Q:

What do you mean by the ansi b40.1 rating?

    A:

The manufacturer doesn't state which level of accuracy his gauge has been certified to, buyers don't know what level of accuracy to expect.
