I have to power on the printer frequently so that it can report its page count and ink supply to HP, which sends ink cartridges automatically. I also signed up for an automatic mail delivery program for ink cartridges.
I had issues with the printer always going offline and had to visit an IT person multiple times to fix it. The problem was only resolved by unplugging the printer, indicating poor connectivity options.
I have faced connectivity issues with the printer. I suggest avoiding HP Smart and using Google HP printer software to download HP EasyStart_16_2_4. Selecting HP Smart may lead to failure, so it's better to choose Full Installation as the second option.

I received excellent technical support to install the needed software for my Windows 11 computer because the HP setup information was inadequate for fully and correctly installing this printer.
