HP is trying to force me to download their software package that requires personal data like phone number, email address, etc. and then requires me to always be online if I want to print anything.
I had to reinstall the drivers and software at least 30 times over the past couple of years to get it to print wirelessly, indicating poor software compatibility.
I often find that the driver is not compatible or up-to-date.

It takes half an hour of troubleshooting to print the first page, then it works until the next time I need it, then I have to start all over again.

When highlighting, the ink smears. The photo quality is good but not great. It is suitable for printing text only.
When I try to print something for school or work, the text is always light blue and almost impossible to read, indicating poor print quality.
I have to search for different drivers every other day so that it prints in color.
For me, the printer works fine for documents but not for printing on anything other than 8.5x11 paper.
