I found that the printer has great print quality and can also scan and copy. It can even print cardstock, which is rare for an affordable printer.
I get the best results using greeting card setting or high resolution paper on any Ma\tte surfaces and literally any glossy surfaces. Just select glossy photo paper and you'll get the most beautiful images ever.
The print quality of the printer is not up to the mark. On normal setting, the print quality is light and on best setting, it takes a long time to print and uses a ton of ink, still not near the quality of HP print cartridges.
