I have standout features in terms of software compatibility. The Canon PRINT app makes it easy for me to print and scan from my mobile device, and I can conveniently print from Dropbox or Google Drive.
The software is a nightmare with unclear driver download web page. Customer service is lacking and screen options are impossible to follow.
I found this printer very difficult to install on Windows 10/11 computers. It took me an hour to figure out how to get drivers installed. This shows that I have faced the problem personally.
