I used the factory preset for fish and was really impressed with the outcome.
I found the preset settings useful and setting time and temperature manually was easy.
I stop 10% sooner than the presets to keep food from drying out. The controls make adjustments quite easy.
When cooking frozen foods, I can't use the preset button as it sometimes overcooks the food with too high a temperature.
