After using the strap for stretching 4 or 5 times a week for 12 weeks, I was disappointed to find that the seam had completely ripped.
The only issue I have with the product is that the strip could be wider to decrease pressure, for example, when the strap is under the arch of a shoeless foot.

When I use the strap to stretch my hamstrings, it feels like it's cutting into the bottom of my foot, which suggests that it may not be durable enough.
I'm not sure how long the cotton strap will last compared to a nylon strap, but I'm willing to compromise on durability if it means I can use it comfortably.
I do not need the stretch component, so this strap is suitable for my needs.
