I was able to mix the gray and cherry pens to get a pretty good match for the ashy-brown/grey pen I was looking for.
I attached two photos, one showing the floor after the cover up and the other with a red circle drawn around the spot I concealed with the markers. (Note: The original sentence was already in third person, so no need to change it to first person.)
The colors are not accurate to their description.
I have noticed that the pen colors are much darker than they appear and are useless on blonder colored woods.
