I didn't realize that the straps were not adjustable, but it sits where I need it to and only digs in to my shoulders just a little bit.

I found the medium size too tight and it gave me a weird armpit area/boob thing. I am going to order a large to fit everything in place.
The sizing is inconsistent. I found that some sizes fit perfectly while others were too big. I ordered a L in rose red which fit ok for working out or wearing around the house, but it was too revealing to wear in public.
