I ordered my usual size and the mules fit perfectly.
I returned the product because it was not in my size and I needed a half size bigger. I usually wear a size 8 and the heel was lined up perfectly with the back. However, I think that an 8.5 would have been better with the narrow toe while walking. I tried the product and faced this issue personally. Based on my experience, I believe that a half size bigger would have been more comfortable.
