I bought these ballet flats in size 5.5M because I already own 2 pairs of Naturalizer pumps in that size. They are a bit snug compared to the heels but I suspect they will stretch out after the breaking in period. The fit on my right foot is perfect and the leather outer is of good quality with slip-free heels.
I have wide feet and nothing seems to fit. I have to go a size large to avoid rubbing and pain, but have the darn things falling off all over the place. These shoes are perfect for me.
