I ordered the 5-9 size and it fit great. The fit is comfortable but snug for me, so if you wear a size 8.5 or larger, I recommend going with the larger size because they do shrink a bit in the wash.
Size M 5/8 fits me great as I wear a size 7 ladies shoe.
