I like the waistband because it doesn't have elastic in the front, creating a cleaner look. The elastic back sits lower than the front, making it comfortable.

The fit is perfect, the fabric is soft and comfortable, the bottom laces work well for dealing with the hemline and I look fantastic in them.
I wore it three times for boarding three different flights on one vacation and it didn't even get dirty at all, despite the color.
The pants are soft, fitted, stretchy, flattering on all sizes, and long enough for me.

I find the capris a little long, but wearing Uggs or platform shoes makes them the perfect length. I wear these types of shoes to get the right height for the capris.

Finding pants that hit me at the right length is a challenge as I am 5'4" and fall between regular and petite styles.
